I’m Kelly, or Kell for short - and if you like cute little rhymes ;)
I’m a teacher-turned-personal trainer and nutrition coach after I fell in love with getting healthy and helping others do the same. But I’m also a mom, wife, and real person who understands how hard it can be to juggle health with a busy life. After struggling myself with diet culture and exhausting workouts, I found a better way—and now I help women like you feel strong, confident, and in control of their health.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me at the beach with my family, curled up with a book, or out to lunch with my girlfriends. I believe health should add joy to your life—not take it away.
